Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy sets out how we:

• Encourage and enable staff to report any concerns about potential exploitation.
• Act in line with safeguarding best practices and the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) where appropriate.
• Regularly review and update our internal policies to stay current with legislation and industry expectations.

Training and Awareness

All team members, especially those involved in recruitment, candidate support, and compliance, receive training to identify the signs of modern slavery and understand how to respond appropriately. We foster a culture where speaking up is encouraged, and accountability is shared across our team.
